Limo hire in Perth ranges from $195 to $650 per hour depending on the vehicle. Mercedes S-Class sedan from $195/hr, Lincoln Town Car from $350/hr, Chrysler 300C stretch from $395/hr, Audi Q7 stretch from $495/hr, Classic collection from $495/hr, Range Rover stretch from $525/hr, Hummer H2 from $550/hr, and party bus from $650/hr. All prices include GST, chauffeur, fuel, and red carpet service.
Yes, most vehicles have a 3-hour minimum booking (2-hour minimum for the Mercedes S-Class). Airport transfers have fixed pricing and no hourly minimum. We occasionally offer shorter bookings for specific routes — contact us to discuss.
All bookings include your professional uniformed chauffeur, red carpet service, chilled water, crystal glassware, fuel, comprehensive insurance, and GST. Wedding packages include vehicle decorations, complimentary champagne, and a Just Married sign. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing.
Yes, we offer package pricing for extended bookings. Full-day hires (8+ hours) and multi-day corporate arrangements receive preferential rates. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Our quoted price is the price you pay. We do not have surge pricing, peak-hour surcharges, or hidden fees. The only exception is if your event runs overtime, which is charged at the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments.

Booking & Reservations

How to book, deposits, changes, and cancellations.

For weddings, book 3-6 months in advance (6-12 months for vintage cars). For school balls, 2-4 months. For corporate events and nights out, 2-4 weeks is usually sufficient. Airport transfers can often be arranged with 48 hours notice. Same-day availability may exist for some vehicles.
You can book by: 1) Submitting a quote request through our website, 2) Calling us on (08) 6000 0000, or 3) Emailing bookings@limohireperth.com.au. We will confirm availability, provide your quote, and secure the booking with a deposit.
A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. For bookings within 7 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Yes, booking modifications (date, time, pickup location, vehicle change) can be made subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of the event may incur additional charges. Contact us as early as possible for changes.
Cancellations more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 3-7 days out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. We understand life happens — contact us to discuss your situation.

Yes, we welcome vehicle inspections by appointment at our Perth Airport depot. This is especially popular for wedding and school ball clients. Contact us to arrange a convenient time.
If your preferred vehicle is booked, we will suggest the closest alternative from our fleet. If you are flexible on dates, we can check alternative dates for your preferred vehicle. For weddings, this is why we recommend booking 3-6 months ahead.
Every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and inspected before each booking. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Our vehicles are also regularly detailed and serviced.
For adult bookings, our vehicles are BYO-friendly. We provide glassware, an ice bucket, and a secure bar area. We ask that beverages are in non-glass containers for safety. No alcohol is permitted for school ball or underage bookings.
Every vehicle is professionally serviced and mechanically inspected before each booking. In the extremely rare event of a mechanical issue, we dispatch a replacement vehicle immediately at no additional cost. Wedding bookings include a backup vehicle guarantee.

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge for airport transfers and family transport. Please advise at the time of booking so we can have the appropriate seat installed.
If you need extra time, simply let your chauffeur know. Additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to vehicle availability. We always aim to be flexible.
